Do you have a boutique I can try dresses/outfits on?
If you are a Cairns Local or from surrounding areas, try on sessions are certainly available. It is our goal that one day we can provide a try on service Australia Wide. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book your try on session.
How does online ordering work?
To order online, simply browse our beautiful collection to find the outfit you love. From here you can pick your size and delivery date from the booking calendar available on each product page. Then you will need to reserve and follow prompts throughout the checkout.
What sizes do you stock?
We stock sizes 6-14. A lot of the styles/labels can be quite flexible in sizing. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have regarding fit.
Can you guarantee authenticity of the garments?
At Bella Boutique Hire we can 100% guarantee that all garments are authentic.
Is cleaning included?
At Bella Boutique Hire we want your experience to be as seamless and easy as possible, so leave the cleaning to us! Each garment is carefully checked before packing to ensure there are no marks and it is in pristine condition before it arrives on your doorstep.
Does the outfit arrive wrinkle free?
At Bella Boutique Hire we do our very best to ensure all outfits arrive wrinkle free. However, due to the nature of some fabrics there are some pieces apart of our collection more prone to creasing. If your outfit arrives with some creases, please try steaming the garment on a low heat or hanging the garment in a steamy bathroom and leave to hang for 10 minutes while the steam works its magic. If you need further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What payment methods are available?
We accept payment via credit card on a variety of payment platforms.
Do you offer refunds?
Please note there are no refunds due to change of mind or items not fitting. In the case of a cancellation, we require 48hrs notice and a credit note will be issued for the full amount paid or an exchange can be offered should there be enough time. If your selected garment does not fit you will need to contact BBH within the same day of receiving the garment to receive a credit note. Please see terms and conditions here for more information.
Do you offer pick up/drop off for local cliental?
We sure do! If you are located in Cairns, simply select Pick up/Drop off option and move past the postage section when checking out.
Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes, we deliver directly to your door wherever you are in Australia.
Do you provide international shipping?
We are an Australian Based online boutique and cannot ship internationally at this stage. NZ shipping is coming soon however! If you’re interested in that we’d love to hear from you.
